Easy Sprout Smoothie
Serves 1 (~170 calories)
Ingredients
1 cup fresh sunflower sprouts, packed
1 tablespoon good honey
1/4 avocado, pitted and peeled
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup water
4-5 ice cubes
Directions
Combine the ingredients above into a , or good powerful blender until smooth and creamy. Thin with water or thicken with ice if desired. Enjoy!

Great recipe! I also like to use sunflower seed butter for that same sunflower seed taste and the same incredible health benefits of seeds. It gives the smoothie an amazing texture, makes it even more filling and provides more protein.
