Jen Ducourant, the baker behind the Cat in the Hat cookies I shared yesterday, has another innovative Dr. Seuss-inspired treat in these Green Eggs and Ham cookies. The sugar cookies come in the form of ham and eggs, each detailed to look like an illustration.
