Susanne Eman currently weighs 756 pounds, and the mother of two has enlisted an expert ally in her quest to become the heaviest woman in the world: her fiance Parker Clack, who is a chef. The image above, which was captured by Laurentiu Garofeanu for Barcroft, depicts Eman eating some of the 22,000 calories she consumes daily.
"We are a match made in heaven," Susanne Eman told the Daily Mail. "I love eating and Parker loves cooking. It's a perfect pairing. I still want to be the fattest woman in the world and Parker is fine with that. He loves larger women and sees how happy I am when I'm eating."

How right you are...this is mental illness. He is mentally ill for wanting to feed her to death. She is mentally ill for wanting to eat herself to death. Both need serious psychiatric help. He is likely sexually impotent. She is self absorbed and her children should be removed from her. This is pure sickness. Same thing happened to Donna Simpson who fits this sick profile. The pathetic thing is that the heaviest woman in the world who died from her weight NEVER wanted to be so big. She tried and did lose weight but lost her battle. This woman has a desire to die and this creep of a guy wants to participate in her death. And for a chef, he is must not be any good because she will eat anything so his cooking can be terrible and she will still eat it.

She is being extremely selfish. She has children - she needs to be thinking of them. How will she be a good mother if she's dead in 10 years?

She is in a codependent relationship known as feeder-gorger. She should take note that the record holder also held therecord for most weight lost. She is not acting in the best interest of her children. The whole family should be referred for a social services evaluation. I do not mean State involvement. I mean qualified family intervention for the welfare of the whole family. This woman needs serious help. She has an emotional based eating disorder and is linked to a man who a feeder disorder.
