An olive in a martini is a classic combination. Now, swap out the olive for Chilean extra virgin olive oil and you've got a whole new tasting experience. Orange and basil are muddled to release their oil before being combined in a shaker with vodka, simple syrup, and the olive oil. The fruity olive oil pops against the other flavors in the cocktail. If you present this drink with a skillfully added drop of olive oil, your friends will be amazed at your talent as a mixologist while also enjoying a delicious and refreshing cocktail
