This cold curried crab soup is tomato based and gets a little kick from Thai chiles, cilantro, and curry powder. Tender crab meat tastes even better chilled with lime juice and refreshing ginger root.
Cucumber is very good for specially during summer, I have tried this soup. It has very good aroma and taste.

Sea food is my favorite, specially prawns and crabs..This dish is looking very delicious and mouth watering. I will try this out.
