For National Sugar Cookie Day, we wanted to share with you, this foolproof recipe for Gluten Free delights. I (Amy), have made these numerous times and brought them to parties even. They are delicious.
What makes them special, is the texture. So often, GF baked foods taste just a bit grainy from the alternatives to wheat flour. You do get used to it, but if there is a recipe that works, we love to celebrate!
No one will suspect that these cookies are anything but a very good sugar cookie recipe. Love it!
