Fire up that grill, and fire up your palate, with this seasonal dish. Take Jalapeno peppers, and give them a rich stuffing of cheese and seasonings. Throw them on the grill, to make yourself a sure hit of a snack.
The cheese really does tame the heat a bit, if the idea of biting into a Jalapeno is too much for you. Try making them, and using them to top your favorite burger.
