Egg cream is a classic soda fountain drink from New York. Ironically, this beverage contains neither egg nor cream. It contains only three ingredients: milk, chocolate syrup, and seltzer water. A true egg cream uses Fox's U Bet Chocolate syrup but if that brand is unavailable, it's ok to use another. This fizzy drink is a tasty pick me up at the end of a long day.
