Amanda Bynes' downward spiral continued this week during a visit to Soho's Little Cupcake Bakeshop. The actress reportedly took a trip to the bakery on Wednesday night and after ordering a Dreaming Princess cupcake and cappuccino, she went into the bathroom and stayed there for 30 minutes. Patrons began to worry about Bynes, including one who happened to be a firefighter.
"He knocked on the bathroom door numerous times and called for her," an onlooker said. "The workers at the bakery even turned down the music to see if they could hear any noise coming from the bathroom. He tried to get her to respond, through the door, for almost 15 minutes. Finally, he called the police and asked if he had their okay to break down the door."
Once the call to the police was made, Bynes apparently reappeared from the bathroom saying, "excuse me, I was doing my makeup."
