We are so pleased that Foodista member Obal Kumar shared this recipe for Saudi Arabian Kabsa. What a lovely dish of chicken and rice. Just wait until you see the exotic combination of flavors. This is one dish with a celebration of taste. We love the orange zest, cardamom, raisins and almonds. What a treat.
