Kourtney Kardashian Shares Post-Baby Diet Secrets

Kourtney Kardashian has lost 44 pounds since having her daughter Penelope in July. The reality starlet says she lost the weight with regular exercise and a portion-controlled diet. 

"I don't count calories. I just try not to overeat and I keep portions down," Kardashian revealed. "My breakfast every day is a protein shake with a banana, an apple, nonfat yogurt, milk, almonds, cinnamon and ice wtih a scoop of vanilla QuickTrim. For lunch I'll have a piece of fish or a salad with avocado. And then for dinner I'll make fresh soup in my blender, like butternut squash or tomato and zucchini." 

The mom of two also makes sure to always have a snack in her purse. 

"I cut up celery and put it in bags to take with a little bit of hummus," she said.
