Around here, Vidalia season is here. As soon as it seems that winter will never end, there are a few good things that show up in the produce section. For us, it is Vidalia sweet onions, and plenty of good greens.
This recipe highlights both seasonal ingredients, by creating a sort of pizza, that includes salty bacon and flavorful Fontina cheese. We think it should be called something more majestic than pizza, but who can resist a dish with that name? Check it out!
