Mexican fast food chain Chipotle has decided to capitalize on its support amongst vegetarians and is intending on testing a tofu-based burrito filling, known as "sofritas," in its San Francisco locations.
Currently as a vegetarian option in the Northeast states, the chain has sold their "Garden Fresh" blend filled with vegan protein.
