What happens when you mix together pork sausage, eggs and a little Mexican flavor? You get this amazing Huevos Rancheros Burger. Made by Patio Daddio BBQ, the recipe was created for a contest. I think the real winners are the ones who got to chow down on this burger.
Huevos Rancheros Burger
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 large red onions
- 6 chorizo patties
- 6 slices medium cheddar cheese
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 3/4 cup enchilada sauce
- 2 tsp canola oil
