For those of us who suffer from celiac disease or just practice a wheat-free diet, eating out can be difficult. Gluten can be hiding in the most unexpected dishes and gluten-free designations have become more important than ever. The Cheesecake Factory has recognized the need for an entire gluten-free menu and has delivered by creating one with over 80 dishes. While there are new menu items, the chain has also included gluten-free versions of popular items such as their burgers and pastas. A limited number of restaurants already offer the gluten-free menu while the rest will be joining in over the next 5 weeks.
