I love a quick breakfast. In our house, things are at their most chaotic in the morning. Between the farm chores and homeschooling, we keep a tight schedule. Getting everyone fed is the first task at hand. That is why I love muffins.
Muffins do not have to be sweet and dessert like. My favorite recipe is a savory herb muffin, filled with cheese and bacon. I bake them 2 dozen at a time and wrap each one individually, then freeze a bag of them to grab when we need them.
