This strawberry banana lassi is a sensational smoothie. Fresh fruit is blended with yogurt, honey and a secret ingredient - yellow curry powder. The addition of spice gives this refreshing drink just enough kick to intrigue your taste buds to take one more sip.
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
1 medium banana, sliced
1/2 cup low fat or non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup low fat or non-fat milk
1 teaspoon agave nectar, honey or evaporated cane sugar
1/4 teaspoon yellow curry
Directions:
Place the first five ingredients into a blender and give it a whirl! Pour into a drinking glass and sprinkle yellow curry on top. Stirring the curry into the lassi is surprisingly good
