These pomegranate chocolate chunk oatmeal cookies are a show stopping treat! Perfect for fall, these are the perfect combination of sweet, tart, and chewy.
What a surprise these would be in the lunchbox! They would also make a hearty snack for after school. I know I could do quite a bit more homework if my reward was a couple of these morsels. Talk about incentive.
