This cake is much too amazing to stay in our recipe archives. A delightful combination of caramel and peanuts is nestled between layers of rich chocolate cake. Divine!
6 eggs, egg yolks separated from the egg whites
80g sugar
100g almonds, finely ground
25g cocoa
Caramel cream:
3 tbs water
150g sugar
150ml cream
150g peanuts, coarsely chopped
