I love any appetizer that requires only one hand to eat. After all, we only have two hands and one should be occupied with a cocktail! This easy retro appetizer recipe features an artichoke spinach spreadable cheese that's blended with parmesan cheese, ham and garlic then spooned into artichoke bottoms. They're topped with breadcrumbs then tossed in the oven until golden brown. An easy, delicious one-handed appetizer!
