Friday night pizza is easy to make at home! Bake up a thin crust deli meat pizza with traditional mozzarella and a basil-tomato sauce. Genoa salami is the meat of choice here, but sopressata sausage would also fit with the red pepper, red onion and chili flakes.
Thin Crust Genoa Salami Pizza

Ingredients:
Crust
1 package of yeast
1 cup warm water
2 ½ cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Toppings
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 slices Genoa salami
½ red bell pepper, sliced
¼ red onion, diced
I cup pizza sauce
6-10 Basil leaves
Sprinkling of crushed red pepper flakes
Fresh ground pepper to taste
