Gluten-free brioche rolls are great counterparts to an already wheatless holiday spread, and they're pretty straightforward. Eaten still warm, this brioche recipe from Pinch My Salt is buttery and a little sweet with a tinge of salt at the end.
Ingredients:
2 tsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. sugar
3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. + 1 3/4 tsp. warm water
3 3/4 cup + 1 Tbsp. Cup4Cup flour
2 Tbsp. + 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
3.5 oz unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/4 cup honey
3 eggs + 1 yolk, room temperature
For finishing
1 egg
Maldon salt for sprinkling
