Apparently, there’s such a thing as good streusel overkill, at least according to this over-the-top delicious streusel cake packed with raspberries, brown sugar, pecans and chocolate chips. Crumbly streusel topping (and a secret thin layer inside the cake!) adds a lighter side to such a heavy-hitting lineup of sweet ingredients in this recipe from Parsley, Sage & Sweet.
