This one pan frittata recipe is gluten-free and extra fluffy! Make it Naked blends eggs with half and half to get a lighter, fluffier texture. Add in bacon, cheddar cheese and russet potato, and you have a delicious anytime meal.
Cheddar, Bacon and Potato Frittata (Gluten Free)
Ingredients:
4 pieces bacon (can be turkey)
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1 cup shredded potato, like russet
8 eggs
2 tablespoons half and half, or any milk or cream on hand
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
