Quick and easy, this is the perfect family dinner for the gluten free home. It's a personal favorite in our kitchen. Enjoy!
5-6 pieces of thick slicked bacon cut into 1/4 inch pcs.
4 thin boneless chicken breast (Or thick ones pounded thin–or 1 package of chicken tenderloin cuts)
1/2 cup of coconut flour
Sea Salt
Pepper
1 cup of dry Marsala Wine
