Gluten-free baking can sometimes be tricky. Torie Jayne's recipe for gluten-free strawberry almond cupcakes are a winner and perfect to serve for Easter. The cupcakes are flavored with ground almonds, almond extract and strawberry jam. To make these cupcakes extra special for Easter, they are covered in fondant and decorated with a fondant bunny.
