With Easter looming right around the corner, it's imperative that we continue to remind you that Easter is right around the corner.
And a lovely way to do that is with this recipe for Easter Ham with Golden Breadcrumb Crust and Madeira Sauce.
Ingredients:
1 16-pound whole bone-in smoked ham
2 cups (packed) dark brown sugar
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 cups coarse fresh breadcrumbs made from six 1/2-inch-thick slices rustic white bread
3 cups Madeira
