Mexican pesto from Cali-Zona is simply out of this world good. Roasted tomatillos are blended with poblanos, jalapenos, garlic, walnuts and more to create this thick and spicy sauce. You can use Mexican pesto in a million ways including tossing with pasta, as a marinade for chicken or fish, or a simple dip, just to name a few. This all purpose condiment should make an appearance at this year's Cinco de Mayo celebration.
