Alright, this one is filed under 'not entirely sure' in the taste department.
I mean, sure, it sounds good on paper. And the image of the whole meatball with the egg in the center look alright. But I dunno...
It seems like you might just have to make it and find out the truth yourself.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground sirloin
1/4 cup egg whites or 1 egg
1/4 cup oat bran
1 T tomato paste
1/2 cup low or fat free cottage cheese
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t garlic powder
1 T dried minced onion
8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1/2 cup tomato sauce
