Nothing nourishes the body quite like chicken soup. The savory chicken broth paired with an assortment of vegetables and oodles create a magical combination. This light and healthy version is inspired by the flavors of Asia. With just a few ingredient substitutions and addition, familiar chicken noodle soup turns into a completely different dish. Ground ginger adds spice while tamari gives the soup depth. In addition to being a tasty dinner, it is a quick one too. Asian chicken noodle soup comes together in just under 20 minutes.
