Christmas shopping requires fuel to get through the experience. When I survive a long day of fighting the crowds, I know that this recipe is quick and easy to whip up when I get home, no matter how tired I am. A burger is made lighter by using chicken instead. One of the best tips I can share is to use the chicken breast and pound each one as thin as you can. So, for my littles, I can make 3 chicken burgers out of one 1/2 a breast. It also makes the cook time super short, so dinner is even faster to the table. It's foolproof!
