Pineapple Crunch Cake
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.

In small bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.

Drain pineapple well, reserving 1/2 cup syrup; set aside.

Combine coconut, brown sugar, walnuts and butter; sprinkle over batter.
