Baking on Sunday mornings is my thing, whether it's popovers, biscuits, or this rich orange molasses bread. The orange ring and juice add sweetness to the bread while the molasses gives it depth of flavor and its beautiful brown color. This quick bread only needs an hour to bake so it is perfect for a leisurely breakfast. I like to eat this orange molasses bread simply with butter and orange marmalade.
