Basketball fans who are pumped that the lockout is over will get a kick out of these Lakers gingerbread cookies, which will be sold at the Staples Center on opening day this weekend. The cookies come from Levy Restaurants, the concession partner at the Staples Center.
A dollar from every sold gingerbread cookie will head straight to the Lakers Youth Foundation. Other opening-day offerings include a flavored cupcakes, garlic and rosemary-rubbed prime rib, and a hot chocolate bar.
