Kendra Wilkinson is on a brand new diet and this one is all about nuts. She calls it the "natural diet" and has even gotten her whole family eating in her new nutty way.
"I've been eating almonds, pistachios, nuts with no sodium and some dried fruit all day long," the reality star said. "We blend them into our smoothies and we have them in our yogurt."
