Katherine McPhee recently sat down with Self Magazine to talk about what keeps her healthy. Part of her routine includes healthy meals while on set of her new television show, Smash

For breakfast, McPee eats oatmeal and turkey bacon, but the actress does confess that the breakfast of her dreams includes a "four cheese omelet, crispy turkey bacon, fresh OJ and wheat toast with butter and jam." For lunch, she eats chicken with Brussels sprouts, but admits she'd rather be eating "crab cakes and fries."
