The grand cerise surprise is a romantic cocktail. This cherry flavored drink is made with Grand Marnier Cherry, a limited edition liqueur that is made from a blend of cognacs and the essence of Griottes cherries. This cocktail is light pink in color and it is served in a glass garnished with a rim of chocolate.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Grand Marnier Cherry
3/4 oz dark aged rum
1 oz milk
1/4 oz simple syrup
Directions:
Pour Grand Marnier Cherry, dark aged rum, milk and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings.
