I've only eaten my radishes raw, so when I came upon this recipe for Roasted Radishes on our site from Beloved Green, I knew I had to share. This is the perfect easy recipe for Meatless Monday - or any day! Enjoy them on their own, toss them with other roasted veggies, serve them with toasty grains, or in a green salad. The possibilities are virtually endless!
