Who doesn't like cinnamon scones with their morning coffee? This gluten-free dairy-free version from Cassidy's Cravable Creations allows people with any kind of dietary restriction to enjoy this baked goodie. These cinnamon scones are perfect for breakfast or even mid-day snack.
Ingredients:
2 cups blanched almond flour
1 cup tapioca flour+ more for dusting
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
5 tablespoons Earth Balance butter, vegan
1 whole egg
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping:
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon+ more for dusting
