Grilled peaches with homemade blueberry ice cream from The Health Seeker's Kitchen is healthy summer dessert. When fruit is grilled, the natural sugars caramelize and absorb a milk smoky flavor. Pair with the ice cream, it absolutely delicious. You can use other frozen fruits for this recipe if you are not a fan of blueberries. Vegan raspberry ice cream would be especially tasty when paired with the peaches.

3 peaches
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
