Sometimes the best dinner is actually breakfast. Enjoy this peach caramel French toast recipe with your family, and make everyone happy. It is actually a bread pudding with peach caramel type topping, quick and easy to put together. Add a side of tasty sausage, and you have yourself an easy family dinner that is easy on time.
1 loaf of French Bread, sliced or cubed
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk (I used fat free condensed milk)
Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 28 ounce can sliced peaches OR 1 quart of home canned peaches, drained
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp water
