This guacamole is just amazing.
Filled with fresh tomato, spicy red onion, and sweet mango chunks, it's a sweet and savory flavor explosion that also carries the added benefit of being healthy as well as tasty.
Ingredients:
3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
1 large mango, peeled and chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
Assorted fresh vegetables and tortilla chips
