I love cooking I studied at the French Culinary Institute in NYC. I work for my father in the jewelry business but my passion is cooking....What to do right? So I juggle both and make the best out of it. I collect cooking books and print many recipes online from bloggers and cooking websites. On my blog I share recipes I grew up with and still learn from today; Ecuadorian and Colombian cuisines.
