I am a happy homemaker who loves to cook and loves life. I started cooking when I was a teen and I had just got married and I made fried chicken what a desaster!! it was brown on the outside and raw on the inside it was then I knew that I was destined to be a cook. I am working on owning my own establishment one day soon. my hobbies are dancing cooking swimming bowling and fishing.I am a intelligent woman who is independent and head strong and stands on her own two feet. my idols are bobby flay emeril paula dean cat cora to name a few.I do set my sites high and although im not by far a professional I am going to be taking some classes in restaurant management. I already have a name picked out for my place and it won't be nothing fancy to start but my concept will be cooking mostly from scratch.so I hope you will enjoy my recipes that I will be posting
