I am a self-confessed Foodaholic, and have centered my entire life around food. This extends from my insatiable hunger to discover new tastes, to my passion for understanding how the body reacts with food (its chemistry in nutrition). I literally eat, sleep and breathe food. I am currently a Medical Biochemistry student, living and studying in Cape Town, South Africa, and work as a Food Labelling and Research consultant at Focal Food.
Foods and Flavours that turn me on, in no specific order are: Star Anise, Duck, Szechuan peppercorns, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chinese 5 spice, Lime, Focaccia and Garlic bread, Lemongrass, Grapefruit, Pork, Pomegranate, Chai spice (and Latte), Apples with Caramel and cinnamon, and anything Red Velvet!
