I'm a recent graduate of architecture and I'm blogging to document my love of food and cooking. I know too many people that claim that they don't know how to cook, so I'm trying to remedy that shortcoming.

I post step by step instructions with diagrammed pictures to show exactly how things should be cut, and how the cooking process should look every step of the way, so that it's almost a fool proof way of learning to cook.

Not only do I like to cook, I like to travel and when I do I make sure that I visit all the best places to eat on budget within a city, I have posted where to eat in Vancouver, Toronto and New York City so far, and I plan to add more as I have time.
