I am an ambitious mother of three outgoing daughters that require, crave, desire and need 110% of my attention and affection. An entrepreneur at heart, I have a yen for creating. This is where the art of cooking, blogging and photography merge.
The Primitive Foodie is my way of bringing nutrition, and education to my family, while having fun as a family. We all learn from cooking together as a family, and the best part is I get a chance to fill my need to create with my children.
