Michael Norpell
Michael G Norpell is a Chicagoland-based interior designer and landscape architect, who opened his design/build firm in 1999, M design. Since he was a child rearranging the living room furniture or expanding the perennial gardens at his childhood Cleveland residence, he’s been creating total elegant, timeless living environments for private residences to commercial establishments. In Middle School, girls called him “Norps” or “Norpie” and the moniker lives on.
Most recently, he’s added food creations to design expertise. Michael is a self-taught chef out of necessity to save himself from his mother’s idea of cooking as a child – the take-out menu.
