Fried Turkey

Ingredients
4 oz.s liquid onion
1 tbsp. liquid garlic
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp.s Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. hot sauce
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
c. Tony's Creole Seasoning
1/4 c. white wine
1 turkey
Preparation

Blend seasoning in a blender.

Inject seasoning into turkey with large syringe; use all. Let stand overnight.

Baste out side of turkey with 2 tablespoons mustard, 2 tablespoons creole seasoning.

Fry turkey in peanut oil, enough to cover turkey. Cook 4 minutes per pound at 350 degrees.
