Italian Sausage and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion
3 carrots
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
32 ounces container chicken stock
14 ounces can diced tomatoes

Add carrots, onions, bay leaf, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper. Cook 5-6 minutes longer, until onions start to soften.
